Chiefs hire Crennel as defensive coordinator
The Kansas City Chiefs have hired former Cleveland Browns head coach Romeo Crennel as their defensive coordinator.
The Chiefs had one of the worst defenses in the NFL in 2009, something that needs to change next year.
It’s already been a busy month for the Chiefs, who hired Charlie Weis as their offensive coordinator.
Interestingly enough, both men are returning to the old jobs they used to hold together with the New England Patriots.
Head coach Todd Haley is hopeful that maybe some of that New England magic can rub off on his team.
