Chiefs hire Zorn

The Kansas City Chiefs have hired former signal caller Jim Zorn to be their new quarterbacks coach.
 
Zorn’s coaching career has hit some very rough patches over the past two seasons to say the least.
 
He was fired at the end of 2009 as Washington’s head coach only to be terminated a year later as Baltimore’s quarterbacks coach.
 
To be fair, Zorn was simply not ready to be a head coach and the Redskins’ problems were more the fault of the front office.
 
In Baltimore, it seemed that Zorn’s West Coast background simply conflicted with the offensive philosphy of coordinator Cam Cameron.
